What can you expect from our estimates?

Detail.

We are transparent with detailed estimates, clear communication, and timelines. We provide a full estimate of costs and timelines, so you're informed before signing. Other contractors may offer low-ball estimates to encourage you to sign, only to demand additional funds once your home is torn apart.

We don’t do that.

Barring extreme circumstances, like termites or similar, the contract bid is the final cost of the project.

What if your desired remodel is over budget?

We pride ourselves on being able to give you a beautiful remodel within your expected budget.

At Ascend, we will get creative with your remodel to find ways to make your dollars go further. This does not mean cutting corners in our work or quality, rather, choosing more affordable finishes, or adjusting the space to maximize the impact of your $$$.

What’s a remodel with us like?

We have over 15 years experience in residential remodels. Once we start demo on your project, you can expect work to be progressing daily. We don’t start your job only to leave it for days or weeks unattended, leaving you wondering what’s happening. We are working every weekday, communicating daily to ensure you are thrilled when the project is completed.

We give our crew time off on holidays and weekends to spend time with their families, but you can expect your project to move rapidly forward as soon as work begins.

Do we offer design and Selection Services?

Design plays a crucial role in every project. Our design services range from 2D and 3D renderings to in person material selection at a vendor warehouse to paint swatch color selection.

We can create your space with 3D renderings to help you visualize the finished product before construction begins.

What cabinets do we offer?

We have different lines of high-quality cabinets for discerning buyers.

We offer very affordable stock cabinets in 26 colors and styles and we also offer custom cabinets in any wood type, glaze, or color you want.

Both lines of cabinets are high-quality, beautifully constructed cabinets which include dovetailed drawers with captive bottoms, full 3/4” plywood not MDF boxes, soft close doors/drawers, crown molding and optional integrated lighting.

These cabinets are exceptionally well priced. We challenge you to find another company who can beat our quality AND price.

How do we ensure Quality construction?

We have very high standards when it comes to quality of our remodels. During your project there are multiple people checking on the progress and quality of the work to ensure the end product meets our standards.

Our tile setters are meticulous and careful with patterns and symmetry, our cabinets lines are high quality with the ability to customize.
